Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory monitoring and analyze the impacts on the business.
• Guarantee product compliance across different markets.
• Support business teams in the application of regulatory requirements.
• Lead compliance projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional bodies related to product compliance.
• Raise awareness and train employees on regulatory issues.
• Conduct or coordinate audits and ensure the follow-up of action plans.
• Ensure the interface between Quality, Legal, R&D, Industrialization, and Operations teams.

Profile sought

• Higher education (HES, University or equivalent) in Compliance, Quality, or Risk Management.
• Proven experience in the watchmaking or luxury industry.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and cross-functional project management.
• Good mastery of quality systems and the process approach.
• Experience in the watchmaking sector indispensable
• Mastery of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel.
• Good level of English
• Analytical and synthetic spirit.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and to unite teams.
• Sense of organization and autonomy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and pragmatic.
• Residence in Switzerland
