As part of the reinforcement of our teams, we are looking for: Repair Technician/Technician Missions: You ensure the repair, diagnosis and monitoring of IT equipment (PC, laptops, workstations ...). You intervene in the workshop or at the client's site on defective equipment while respecting procedures and guaranteeing quality of service. * Diagnose hardware failures and identify defective components * Repair or replace parts, perform post-repair validation tests and guarantee manufacturer compliance before returning the equipment. * Create and follow up on tickets with manufacturers, manage spare parts orders and ensure compliance with manufacturer SLAs and KPIs * Install and configure OS, update BIOS / firmware, prepare repaired equipment for shipping and ensure quality control * Document and update interventions and repair files in our internal tools * Ensure the monitoring of parts (reception, stock, return) * Participate in the continuous improvement of internal procedures and apply manufacturer best practices Your profile: * Holder of a CFC as an IT operator or a title deemed equivalent * A first experience in IT hardware repair is desired * An HP & Lenovo manufacturer certification is desired * Ability to repair and replace laptop components * Ability to perform hardware and software failure diagnostics * Rigor, autonomy and organizational skills * Oriented towards problem solving and quality of service * Travel to clients throughout French-speaking Switzerland * Driver's license mandatory Why apply? * A dynamic and committed team * A strong team spirit and cohesion * A strong commitment to CSR, integrated into daily life and company values * Pleasant, modern and convivial premises * A corporate life animated by regular internal events * A constantly growing company * Possibility of teleworking, maximum 2 days per week Interested in this opportunity?
