Your main tasks

• Managing med. consumables, non-med. consumables, pharmaceuticals, operational laundry and food in the decentralized warehouse organization of all medical areas in the Universitätsspital Zürich
• Cooperation with medical users and other interfaces in the defined area of responsibility
• Active cooperation with the upstream and downstream logistics departments (procurement, central warehouse, goods transport, hotel management) in the entire value chain
• Performing the correct control of expiration dates of pharmaceuticals and med./non-med. consumables
• Performing administrative work (order monitoring, assortment analysis, returns, inventory, communication with internal departments) on the PC or by telephone

Your profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ or a comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS-Office and SAP MM / WMS knowledge
