Skilled Worker Production Gravel + Concrete 100 (m/f/d)

Our client is a regionally anchored building material producer with a long tradition and a comprehensive range of services in the Swiss construction industry. With around 800 employees at over 30 locations, the company covers the entire value chain from raw material extraction to customized recycling solutions, combining proven competence with innovative approaches. To reinforce the plant team at the Cham location, we are looking for a reliable personality as a Skilled Worker Production Gravel + Concrete (100 %) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Scheduling and controlling all gravel loading orders
• Operating and supervising the depot scale
• Coordinating material flows in the plant and depot
• Planning and controlling deliveries for refills
• Ensuring a smooth and error-free truck loading process
• Supporting the documentation of relevant plant processes
• Deputy operation of the concrete plant
• Deputizing for the Production Manager Gravel and Concrete

Your profile

• Completed training in the logistical, technical, or industrial sector
• Experience in scheduling, plant operations, production, or materials management
• Good understanding of material flows, loading processes, and production sequences
• High organizational and coordination skills as well as networked thinking
• Confident handling of digital systems and MS Office
• German as a native language
