Our client
Our client is a Swiss industrial company active internationally, with its own engineering and service organization. The company designs and implements complex technical solutions for machines and installations for industrial applications and accompanies its clients from planning to successful commissioning. What can you accomplish?

• You assume overall responsibility for demanding machine projects - from order placement to successful handover.
• You coordinate internal departments as well as external partners and ensure the smooth running of the project.
• You prepare offers, orders, and project documents and accompany the commercial processing.
• You monitor deadlines, costs, and quality and maintain an overview of several projects simultaneously.
• You support the sales department on technical and commercial issues.
• You ensure a transparent flow of information between clients, the project team, and internal interfaces.
• You work actively with ERP systems as well as modern CRM solutions and carefully maintain all project data.

To succeed, your profile is:

• Basic commercial or technical training with appropriate additional training.
• Several years of experience in project management or technical order processing.
• Very good technical understanding as well as pleasure in managing complex customer projects.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and common Microsoft Office applications.
• Structured, precise, and autonomous working method.
• Excellent communication skills as well as pleasure in collaborating with different stakeholder groups.
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English; French is an asset.
• Entrepreneurial spirit as well as a great sense of responsibility.
