Your area of responsibility Leadership of a development team of approx. 5–8 employees Control and prioritization of development tasks Design of mechanical assemblies and technical functions from concept to implementation Development of technical solutions in the interplay of mechanics, electronics, and automation Ensuring manufacturability, quality, and technical feasibility Collaboration with production, assembly, project management, and other specialist departments Your qualifications Technical training in mechanical engineering, design, mechatronics, or automation HF-/FH-further education, studies, or comparable practical experience Experience in development, design, or the layout of technical products, systems, or machines Experience in project management, team coordination, or specialist leadership Understanding of mechanics as well as interfaces to electronics, electrical engineering, and automation Practical relevance to design, production, and assembly We are REGO-FIX REGO-FIX is an internationally active family business with over 350 employees worldwide in Tenniken (BL), which develops, produces, and distributes high-precision tool clamping systems.
