• Coordinates and monitors all cleaning activities, organizes, oversees, and participates in them
• Global management of their unit in compliance with internal and external company standards and rules
• Responsibility for customer service and the optimal execution of services
• Supervision of employees so that they perform the services agreed upon with the client, in compliance with instructions and the legal framework
• Optimal use of internal and external resources necessary for the provision of services
• Quality control and performance of internal audits with clients
• Ordering of material and planning of interventions as well as schedules
• Guarantees adequate and optimal use of subcontractors
• Controls, manages, and monitors budgets
• Analyzes the activity of their teams and identifies deviations (monitoring of working hours)
• Ensures billing in accordance with services rendered
• Replaces their hierarchical superior in case of absences
• CFC in the cleaning field (cleaning agent, facility agent or equivalent), an asset
• Continuing education in the field of cleaning
• Confirmed experience in team management
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activity
• Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an asset)
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office)
• Driver's license, clean criminal record
• Sense of service, good organization and communication
• Autonomous, proactive, organized
