As Product Owner, you will take over the technical responsibility for the conception, development, and implementation of our new cyber products. What to expect You will take over the technical Product Owner responsibility for product development, underwriting, and claims processes in the new core system. You will analyze requirements from the business, structure them, and translate them into clear process and system requirements. You will develop future-proof solutions for cyber, as well as for property and liability products, together with departments, IT, and program management. You will prioritize requirements and ensure a pragmatic, value-oriented implementation. You will ensure that processes are implemented in a technically correct, operationally efficient, regulatorily clean, and understandable manner for users. You will accompany the implementation from conception to testing and acceptance to introduction in operational business and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure transparency, commitment, and progress in implementation, identify potential for improvement, and continuously develop the core processes end-to-end, also involving external network partners. What you bring You have several years of experience in the insurance environment, ideally in the areas of product development, underwriting, and claims, as well as in business analysis or process design. You have very good knowledge of the cyber market and the associated processes and requirements, including after-sales servicing. You have experience in structuring business requirements and translating them into implementable solutions and technical specifications. You have a good understanding of core systems, digital processes, and the cooperation between business and IT. You are characterized by high initiative, a pronounced implementation orientation, and great motivation to take responsibility in a transformation environment. You ideally have good knowledge of property and liability insurance in the retail and commercial sector. You have very good German and English language skills; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
