The roots of Sugra GmbH date back to 1998, when the production of just 100 small bales of horse haylage for a neighbor began on our own agricultural farm. Through tireless commitment and increasing demand, the company grew rapidly: transport with a simple horse trailer soon became an own fleet of vehicles.

A milestone followed in 2009 with the founding of Sugra GmbH and the exclusive distribution of high-quality Miko bedding from Hungary. Thanks to uncompromising quality and a loyal customer base, the assortment was continuously expanded – from various bedding alternatives such as linen bedding and wood shavings to high-quality feeds such as hay cobs and lucerne cubes.

Since January 1, 2026, Sugra GmbH has been part of Herzog Mülimatt AG, a traditional family business from Hornussen. The values and the proven quality of Sugra GmbH remain preserved, supplemented by even more know-how, a high-performance logistics system and an expanded assortment. Our promise remains: consulting and service "at eye level with the customers".

Your tasks

• Competent consulting and support of our customers via telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp
• Processing of customer inquiries and creation of offers
• Order processing and coordination of deliveries
• Dispatching and organization of logistics processes and tours.
• Maintenance and administration of customer data

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in inside sales, ideally in the agricultural or animal feed industry
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems an advantage)
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
