The Municipality of Château-d’Oex is advertising the following position: Technical collaborator in the department of works, construction and urban planning (80 % - 100 %) Your main missions: • Manage and follow, in their entirety, construction files • Inform owners and their representatives • Participate in the work of the technical commission • Control the conformity of the work carried out • Deliver occupancy/use permits • Apply and ensure compliance with construction legislation • Maintain the federal construction statistics up to date • Implementation and updating of data on the communal SIT (Geocommunes) Your profile: • Possess a training in accordance with the function and have at least 2 years of professional experience • Demonstrate a particular interest in the field of construction and the application of related laws and procedures • Show an aptitude for the methodical following of files and an interest in administrative tasks • Have analytical capacity and a critical sense • Possess a good team spirit and a sense of collaboration • Be ready to follow the professional training necessary for the function • Valid driver's license Salary conditions: According to personnel regulations (class 3 or 4), depending on experience and qualifications. Start date: 1st October 2026 or date to be agreed.
