You have the opportunity to join the Industrial Assets and Vehicles Service and to lead a team dedicated to the technical management of equipment essential to operations

Then, this position is made for you!

Your responsibilities

Have a vision of the complete life cycle of the assets placed under your responsibility, namely:

• * Aircraft boarding bridges (PBB).
• The station (ADIC) providing fuels for vehicles, de-icers for aircraft, anti-icers and various other services.
• Noise silencers dedicated to engine tests
• Locksmithing and small electromechanical equipment (lifting platforms, aerial work platforms-)

Be the referent and coordinate actions related to aircraft positions with the various asset managers of each trade. And in this framework for the assets directly under your responsibility:

• Define the management strategy for these assets (maintenance and operation plan, renewal, development and continuous improvement of equipment)
• Represent the owner of this equipment and ensure the control of associated projects
• Manage preventive and curative maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic) in accordance with supplier and manufacturer specifications while ensuring the consistency of these maintenance operations with a global vision of the infrastructure
• Develop and monitor budgets in connection with the activities of your scope
• Supervise a team of technicians and organize activities in order to minimize equipment downtime
• Implement the management of critical parts to be maintained in stock
• Supervise regulatory inspections and safety controls
• Manage the interface between Genève Aéroport and subcontracting companies for preventive and corrective maintenance operations as a contract manager
• Guarantee the traceability of technical operations
• Define, deploy and operate performance indicators in order to monitor the effectiveness of activities and guide improvement actions
• This position may involve working irregular hours

You hold a technician AND/OR engineer degree in automation or electromechanics. You have at least three years of experience in managing an industrial maintenance service and you

• Have solid skills in automation, particularly in programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLC), in Siemens, Schneider Electric, Omron, Phoenix Contact environments.
• Benefit from good skills in industrial computing (Scada system).
• Have good knowledge in the fields of locksmithing, mechanics, metal construction, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Have great interpersonal ease allowing for the development of privileged relationships with our clients, representatives and suppliers.
• Demonstrate a developed team spirit while knowing how to work autonomously.
• Resist effectively to the stress induced by the constraints of such an activity
• Write with ease and master standard IT tools
• Hold a car driver's license
• Have knowledge of the English and / or German language
• Know the airport sector, which constitutes an asset
