As part of the development of our business, we are looking for two specialized Insurance Employees, dynamic, organized, and endowed with an excellent sense of contact. Your mission Within our team, you play a key role in the development of our clientele as well as in the follow-up and quality of our customer relations. Your main responsibilities • Contact and develop a portfolio of prospects and clients by telephone. • Identify and analyze the needs of clients in the various fields of insurance and pension planning. • Detect commercial opportunities and direct clients towards the solutions best suited to their needs. • Organize and plan appointments for our insurance advisors. • Ensure the follow-up of contacts, requests, and client files. • Perform necessary follow-ups and maintain a professional and regular relationship with the clientele. • Enter, update, and manage information in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool. • Collaborate closely with advisors to guarantee a precise and efficient transmission of information. • Actively participate in achieving the team's commercial and qualitative objectives. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and customer experience. Your profile • Ideally, you benefit from an initial experience in the field of insurance, customer relations, sales, or prospecting. • You possess excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. • You know how to listen, understand needs, argue, and respond professionally to various client requests. • You have perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written. • Good command of English constitutes an additional asset. • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and persevering. • You have a sense of service and attach great importance to customer satisfaction. • You are comfortable with IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • You enjoy teamwork while being able to work independently. • You are motivated by objectives and appreciate commercial challenges.
