Site AI Partner

You are the central contact person for AI and machine learning at the site and develop practical solutions in energy technology from operational challenges.

Tasks

• Identification and evaluation of application possibilities for AI/ML at the site
• Advising cross-functional project teams on the potentials and limits of AI/ML
• Translation of business challenges into clear problem statements and success criteria
• Coaching of teams in the development of their own use cases
• Steering the proof-of-concept development for projects with high impact
• Cooperation with the central AI team to scale solutions into production operations

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable experience
• Practical experience in the application of AI/ML to operational processes
• Knowledge of Python and data analysis methods
• Experience with data collection, feature engineering and model evaluation
• Good communication skills towards technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of project management principles, including agile methods
