Your field of activity with us

• Leadership and further development of quality management according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Planning, support, and follow-up of internal and external audits including measure tracking
• Processing of customer complaints, internal error reports, and 8D reports with production, customers, and suppliers
• Determination of quality KPIs as well as creation of statistics and management reviews
• Implementation and documentation of risk assessments, process and equipment validations
• Coordination of customer, standard, and legal requirements as well as change management
• Maintenance of QM documents, training, archiving, and quality-relevant process documentation
• Support of measuring equipment management, CAQ software, inspection plans, and improvement measures

Your profile

• Technical basic training with further training in quality management
• Several years of experience in industrial QM, ideally in surface technology or in a regulated environment
• Very good knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage
• Strong process understanding, quality awareness, and a structured, deadline-oriented way of working
• Analytical thinking, assertiveness, and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions with production, customers, and external bodies
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365; experience with CAQ systems is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage
