As a regional hospital/acute care hospital with emergency services, nursing home and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (Pensum 60-100%) ##

Your area of responsibility

• Treatment and basic care at our clients' homes
• Case management and needs assessments
• Taking over daily responsibility and being the contact person for all professional groups involved
• Accompanying and promoting trainees

Your profile

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or an equivalently recognized training
• Resilience, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
• Independent way of working
• Very good German skills and driver's license category B
