Specialized Factoring Customer Service Manager (80-100 %) We are a dynamic and rapidly growing service company in the healthcare sector and offer innovative billing and collection services to doctors, dentists, and other clients throughout Switzerland. In order to strengthen our Customer Service department, we are looking for an engaged and competent personality as a Specialized Factoring Customer Service Manager, immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks * Business responsibility for quality throughout the processes in the factoring field * Specialized contact person for internal and external questions related to factoring * Collaboration in the daily activities of the Customer Service in your area of responsibility * Ensuring electronic coordination with product management, IT service, and software partners * Processing demanding requests from clients, debtors, and patients, including complaints * Development of work instructions, process documentation, and text templates * Introduction of new team members and participation in projects What you bring * You have a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification * You benefit from several years of experience, ideally in healthcare or collection * You are a French native speaker with good to very good knowledge of German * Continuing education in project management, processes, or customer experience is an asset * You are comfortable with IT and processes and are interested in legal aspects (LP) * You have high requirements in terms of quality, precision, and reliability * You communicate with ease and demonstrate tact and diplomacy * You work in a structured and autonomous manner, while enjoying teamwork What we offer you * Great autonomy based on trust * Modern social benefits * The possibility to perform part of the work via teleworking * A motivated team and a working environment in which the client is at the center * A dynamic field of activity with attractive conditions and real perspectives * The possibility to profile yourself with your skills and abilities Are you interested in this position?
