The position is attached to the Direction de l'immobilier (DI) whose mission is to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop the coherence of the monitoring of major projects according to the hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main services of the State attached to the Département du territoire, the Département des infrastructures and the one of health, to optimize the monitoring of surfaces and its future planning, while guaranteeing the proper functioning of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant sense of requirement, with a sense of service and environmental responsibility. The Service de continuité opérationnelle des infrastructures is a service provider whose main mission is, thanks to the presence on each site of employees from different trades, to ensure the maintenance of the hospital heritage composed of medical and logistical equipment, buildings and their installations. Heating Maintenance Technician - 100% You maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, revise and improve the efficient operation of the installations and equipment specific to the hydraulic workshop of the CVS sector. You autonomously decide on the actions to be undertaken while respecting the priorities defined in terms of vital or secondary parameters for the safety and well-being of patients, employees as well as the heritage. You ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations. You assist the periodic controls carried out by accredited bodies and perform control rounds and regular readings. You regularly complete the intervention forms that you carry out. You follow the state of the hydraulic installations and take charge of alarms from the monitoring systems (GTB Building Technical Management). You keep working documents up to date, you carry out replenishment orders for material, the reception of parcels, tidying and storage. You participate actively in the development of procedures according to technical evolutions. You assume a technical advisory role to users while controlling and following the work executed by external companies. You like to find solutions to simple or complex technical problems and you also thrive in the performance of more routine tasks. You are autonomous and also appreciate teamwork, while respecting an established schedule. You ensure urgent interventions upon request from the control center and during the on-call service for long weekends (more than 2 consecutive days) approximately 6 times per year. Qualifications You hold a CFC as a heating fitter or an equivalent diploma completed by at least 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of heating installations. You know how to weld with a blowtorch, TIG steel and TIG stainless steel. You have very good theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of industrial hydraulics. You have a good knowledge of usual office software (Microsoft Office) as well as the use of CMMS software. Your keen sense of customer service, your team spirit and your openness to change allow you to carry out your activity with ease and to integrate quickly. You perfectly master spoken and written French by expressing yourself clearly and concisely. Thanks to your calm, composed and discreet personality, you easily establish a bond of trust with your interlocutors, you show cooperation and collaboration to help colleagues while being sensitive to the presence of patients and hospital constraints. Additional Information You have a regular schedule between 7h00-17h30, you know how to make yourself available outside of hours including at night, on weekends and on public holidays for the daytime on-call service 1 time per week and the weekend on-call service 1 time every two months according to rotation and urgent interventions.
