Your tasks ###

• Independent execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting including dunning management
• Booking of payments, expenses, and bank transactions
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Support in budget planning and controlling tasks
• Assumption of general administrative activities in the finance area

Your profile ###

• Completed commercial training with further training in accounting (e.g., Accounting Clerk)
• Initial professional experience in finance and accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Abacus, Sage, SAP) is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, further language skills are a plus
• Precise, structured, and reliable way of working
• Team-oriented, resilient personality with pleasure in dealing with numbers
