Head of Facilities Management (m/f/d) Living & Residing «In der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and encompasses living, care, catering through the in-house kitchen, as well as the public restaurant & Bistro LaVita. We are looking for, by agreement, an Head of Facilities Management (m/f/d) Workload 100% Your tasks In this responsible position, you will take over the management of the Technical Service and, together with your team, ensure the safe and smooth operation of our institution. Your main tasks include: Technical and personnel leadership of the Technical Service with two employees as well as two apprentices Ensuring the operation, maintenance, and servicing of all technical systems, installations, and building infrastructures Supervision of 86 senior apartments or studios, 46 care rooms, maintenance of the garden facilities and general properties Planning, coordination, and monitoring of all repair and maintenance work using the FM tool First point of contact for internal hardware and IT concerns as well as coordination with external IT service providers Administrative work as well as documentation with common Microsoft Office applications Organization and management of the technical emergency service Conducting in-house training, especially in the areas of fire protection, occupational safety, and emergency organization Participation in renovation, refurbishment, and investment projects Coordination of cross-departmental work and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, safety, and quality standards Your profile You are a committed, service-oriented personality with technical understanding, leadership experience, and enjoyment in contacting people.
