Your area of responsibility ##

• On-site construction management: Organization and coordination of new openings, renovations and refurbishments of branches throughout Switzerland.
• Construction project management: Controlling construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordination & communication: Interface to authorities, architects, planners, tradespeople and suppliers
• Cost, schedule & quality control: Ensuring project goals and budget compliance
• Project support: Support through all phases (concept, planning and execution)

Your profile ##

• Education: You have a basic technical education and further training as a technician, construction manager or site manager
• Professional experience: You already bring several years of experience as a construction manager or project manager
• Mobility: You possess a category B driver's license.
• IT skills: Confident handling of common IT tools such as Office 365; experience with MS Project is an advantage
• Working style: You work independently, structured, resilient and service-oriented
• Language competence: Proficient German; French or Italian are an advantage
