What makes your daily life exciting:

• Installing and using Windows takes a few minutes. Setting up management software is more complex. You help Swiss SMEs adapt the Abacus software to their needs and their processes.
• After a careful and personalized introduction, you take responsibility for "your" project or client mandate. You can then count on the support of your colleagues.
• With clients, you analyze their processes, collect their needs, and document them.
• You then implement the tailor-made software solution at the client's site. This usually lasts several weeks and you often work directly on-site. Something to further enrich your daily life.
• Your portfolio of tasks also includes the organization and facilitation of workshops and training sessions for your clients' users.

What you bring:

• You don't necessarily need to be a software pro already, but a great interest in IT is just as important as the fascination for digitalization and the opportunities it offers for process optimization.
• You quickly grasp the links between things, you like learning new things, and you are driven by ambition as soon as it comes to understanding your clients' business and proposing good solutions to them.
• What do we imagine for your educational background? Not so simple, because many paths lead to us. A commercial or technical education completed by further training in business management at HES/ES level or by a federal certificate has good chances of success, whether already completed or in the process of being completed.
• Basic knowledge of English and/or German is ideally necessary to move easily in our environment.
• If you have already been in contact with Abacus or other ERP systems, all the better. Perhaps in an internal sales department. Or in inventory management. Or in a finance department. But it is not a condition.
• Your future colleagues are looking forward to the reinforcement of a simple and nice person, who likes to laugh, even at themselves. And yes, there is a lot of work to do: you will need to know how to "go for it head-on". It's worth it, promised.
