To strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR generalist (m/f/d) at 100% immediately or by agreement.

You autonomously manage the human resources of Volkshaus Bâle with approximately 60 FTE and are the central interlocutor for our employees and managers. You combine reliable administration with personalized advice and the continuous development of our processes.

Your mission

• Complete personnel administration from entry to exit: recruitment, integration, personnel files, master data, absence management, certificates and departures
• Central interlocutor for employees and managers on personnel-related questions as well as support for complex cases in coordination with the general manager
• Coordination with the external payroll accounting and ensuring correct data transmission
• Compliance with labor law regulations, particularly according to L-GAV and the labor law
• Responsibility for the maintenance and use of our Mirus 4.0 time tracking system
• Development of processes, structures and digital tools as well as participation in HR and training projects
• Contribution to our employer brand and a positive corporate culture
• Direct report to the general manager

What makes your strength

• Professional experience in human resources in hospitality and/or catering
• Additional training in human resources is an asset
• Good knowledge of L-GAV as well as the Swiss labor law (LTr)
• You enjoy a small and dynamic SME environment: you roll up your sleeves, think pragmatically and appreciate close collaboration between departments.
• Autonomous, structured and reliable work with a good sense of priorities
• Developed social skills, service orientation and tact, even in demanding situations
• Discretion, loyalty and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Mirus is a great advantage
• Very good oral and written knowledge in German and English
