YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Monitoring and validation of material planning to ensure a smooth material supply for production and service locations
• Proactive intervention in the event of imminent delivery delays or supply bottlenecks
• Clarification of open questions regarding delivery dates and quantities with suppliers as well as processing of complaints
• Participation in shopfloor meetings to coordinate with relevant departments
• Support for requirement holders and procurement during bottlenecks due to missing parts or unplanned requirements
• Operational support for logistics in identifying and handling critical deliveries
• Creation of transparent and meaningful overviews of the current material situation for departments and management
• Coordination of planning changes with the goal of cost-optimal implementation
• Proactive follow-up and requesting of open goods receipts within the framework of assigned projects
• Responsibility for warehouse management and stock levels at the project level
• Avoidance and active management of excess stock
• Organization and moderation of escalation meetings in cooperation with purchasing and production management

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally in industry
• Further training e.g. as Technical Clerk, Process Specialist or comparable
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, resilient and solution-oriented personality with a structured and efficient way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
