Team Leader Living 80% (m/f/d)

To complete our team, we are looking for a Team Leader Living 80% (m/f/d) starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. We are looking for a personality who takes responsibility and actively helps shape professional development in the living sector. In this versatile leadership task, you will take on the personnel, professional, and organizational management of various teams. You will ensure the implementation of the agogic offering and orient yourself towards the individual needs of the people being accompanied. As a team-oriented leader with pronounced social and communication competence, you lead with trust, clarity, and appreciation. You strengthen the personal responsibility of the accompanying persons and promote open and binding cooperation. In doing so, you contribute to ensuring that the culture of Bergquelle remains lively and experienceable in everyday work. In addition, you are responsible for personnel deployment planning and ensure a demand-oriented and efficient use of personnel resources. You have an educational qualification in social pedagogy, FaBe, or a comparable field and bring professional experience in the disability sector. Ideally, you already have leadership experience or are willing to develop further in this area. You work in a structured manner, listen, include different perspectives, and make comprehensible decisions. Your everyday work is versatile and close to the action. In addition to the exchange within the experienced leadership team, you are in contact with residents, relatives, as well as legal representatives, and you coordinate the processes in the living sector.
