We wish to hire, for 1 November 2026 or by agreement, for our Legal Department in Neuchâtel a:

Jurist or lawyer (60%-90%)

Your challenges:

• You defend the interests of our policyholders in various legal fields, including insurance law, obligations, civil liability and road traffic.
• You manage the entrusted mandates independently and have frequent contact with our policyholders, with the authorities as well as with insurance companies.

What you bring:

• You justify a solid university background in Swiss law (the Swiss bar exam is an asset) and benefit from initial professional experience within a law firm, an insurance company or an administration.
• You know how to show initiative, work with rigor, speed and independently. You are very comfortable in human contacts.
• You have a perfect command of the French language, you possess ease of writing, excellent spelling and proven communication skills, as well as good knowledge of German (other languages would be an asset).
