Requirement profile:

• Commercial basic training with strong technical understanding or technical basic training with commercial further training
• In order to communicate optimally within the team as well as with our international customers, you have very good German and English skills (mandatory), further language skills (French) are desired
• You already have several years of experience in internal sales in an international environment
• You can use your customer- and solution-oriented mindset, as well as your communicative and team-oriented nature, with us daily
• You have networked thinking, combined with a reliable and structured way of working
• You have a confident handling of MS Office programs and SAP knowledge is an advantage

Tasks:

• Support of international customers: Responsibility for the comprehensive support of foreign customers in close cooperation with colleagues, in both technical and commercial matters
• Telephone acquisition and customer consulting: Proactive telephone acquisition of orders with a clear focus on tailor-made customer consulting and the development of individual, optimal solutions for the needs of the customers
• Consulting on special requirements: Supporting customers in the search for special items as well as the development of individual solutions that are precisely tailored to their requirements
• Creation and follow-up of offers: Preparation of detailed offers and their systematic follow-up to ensure successful order placement and long-term customer loyalty
