What you move

• You advise and assist our guests at the reception and on the phone
• You operate the cash register and are responsible for cash closures
• You actively sell our entire range of offers (single entries, memberships, bodymind consultations, Private SPA, sales items, etc.)
• You maintain membership changes in our system, arrange appointments, and book reservations
• You are responsible for recording reports of malfunctions
• You process customer inquiries via email and work together with the administration team

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further education
• Specialization: In the service sector (e.g., tourism, hotel industry)
• Professional experience: 1 -- 3 years of experience in a comparable function
• You possess a customer-oriented way of working with above-average service readiness
• You bring high initiative, reliability, and a great sense of responsibility
• You have good IT skills
• You have a high degree of flexibility regarding scheduling (7 days shift operation, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts)
• You are ready to take on short-term substitutions in case of illness or holidays
• German (B1)
• English (A2)
