Your tasks ###

• Holistic care: You accompany acutely ill, elderly people from admission to discharge, with the aim of restoring their independence step by step
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: Together with doctors, therapists (physio, ergo, logo) and the social service, you ensure optimal, holistic treatment
• Complex care: You apply your expertise in acute geriatrics, palliative care and rehabilitative care in a targeted manner and continuously develop it further
• Active participation: You actively contribute your ideas to nursing development and to interdisciplinary case discussions
• Supporting & Guiding: You accompany learners and students in everyday life and enjoy passing on your knowledge

Your profile ###

• Education: Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (with foreign diploma and SRK recognition)
• Experience: Professional experience in acute care or ideally in acute geriatrics or long-term care
• Social competence: Empathic, resilient and communicative personality with a heart for elderly people
• Expertise: High professional competence in nursing planning, assessment and documentation
• Way of working: Independence, sense of responsibility and the ability to set priorities in dynamic situations

Vacation ###

You benefit from vacation between 25 and 30 working days (depending on age) as well as 13 paid public holidays. In addition, you have the opportunity to purchase 5 vacation days.

Working hours ###

The standard operational working time for a full-time position is 42 hours per week (excluding doctors). Annual working hours apply, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Shift requests are implemented where possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
