Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH - Temp. Assignment in Rehab Clinic from October

Our client, a renowned rehab clinic, is looking for a committed dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH for temporary support with a workload of 80-100%, initially for the months of October and November with the option of extension. The assignment takes place on a ward consisting of several specialist areas.

Requirement Profile ##

• Training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Professional competence, resilience, and an independent way of working
• Team-oriented personality with high patient orientation
• Enjoyment of a varied activity

Tasks ##

• Care and support of rehabilitation patients from all four medical disciplines
• Implementation of the nursing process as well as professional execution of medical orders
• Observation of the state of health and communication of relevant changes
• Interdisciplinary cooperation within the rehab team
