For the German-speaking Switzerland region, we are looking for you as a Technical Project Manager Access Control Systems. Ideally with the readiness and potential for the project management of large-scale projects.

Your Tasks #

• In this challenging and versatile role, as a Technical Project Manager, you take responsibility for the successful implementation of demanding projects - from planning and cost control to quality assurance. In doing so, you work with a high degree of independence in an innovative company
• You manage access projects involving a wide variety of door functions and our software solution dormakaba exos, based on order confirmations and service descriptions
• Overall coordination of all project participants, including internal specialist departments, external partners, and customers - with a focus on close, solution-oriented cooperation
• Technical clarification of all relevant details with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Cost controlling and change management, including renegotiation during ongoing order adjustments
• Ensuring complete and high-quality technical documentation according to internal standards and customer requirements
• Organization and execution of system acceptances together with the customer to their complete satisfaction
• Realization of projects in the entire German-speaking Switzerland
• Ideally or as a development step: holistic project management of large-scale projects, construction projects in the GU/TU environment, as well as complex IT special projects - using proven project management methods and modern tools for efficient coordination, communication, and customer support

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, ideally in the electrotechnical field.
• Experience in project management, ideally with knowledge of methods such as IPMA, Hermes, or PMI. Alternatively, the readiness for further training and/or practical development, e.g., accompanied by an external coaching program.
• Basic knowledge of business administration
• Experience in one or more of our industries: construction, building security, fire protection, etc.
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing as well as business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland, driver's license
