What moves you with us ### In this versatile hub function, you are the first point of contact for our clients - personally at the counter and by phone. You support social counseling in administrative matters, manage electronic files in KLIBnet, take over invoicing, reporting and other organizational tasks, and contribute to the management of the AHV branch office. Depending on experience, accounting in the area of social assistance and asylum is also part of your area of responsibility. What you bring with you ### You have completed commercial training and work independently, in a structured and service-oriented manner. Ideally, you have experience in public administration or the social sector and are familiar with KLIBnet. With your pronounced organizational skills, IT affinity, and empathetic and communicative nature, you keep an overview even in a varied working day.
