Are you commercially versatile, enjoy working with numbers, and at the same time want to gain insights into purchasing and procurement?

For our client, an established company in the public service and infrastructure sector, we are looking for a flexible and committed personality who combines two exciting specialist areas.

Your tasks

Purchasing area (approx. 50 %)

Support in operational and strategic procurement processes

Assistance in the preparation and implementation of tenders

Administrative support in submission procedures and SIMAP publications

Obtaining and comparing offers

Communication with suppliers and internal contact persons

Collaboration in the digitalization and optimization of purchasing processes

Finance and Accounting area (approx. 50 %)

Support in ongoing accounting

Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices

Checking, coding, and posting of invoices

Monitoring and maintenance of financial data

General administrative tasks in accounting

Your profile

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Initial professional experience in accounting and/or purchasing

Very good PC skills and confident handling of MS Office

SAP knowledge is an advantage

Knowledge of submission procedures or with SIMAP is an advantage

Interest in the digitalization of commercial processes

Structured, reliable, and independent way of working

Enjoyment of varied activities and cooperation with different specialist areas

Very good German skills in speaking and writing
