SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant / SAP SuccessFactors (m/f) For our customer we are looking for: SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant / SAP SuccessFactors (m/f) Your area of responsibility Support and customizing of the SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Validated Learning as well as EC Payroll Ensuring the correct integration between SAP SuccessFactors and the peripheral systems: SAP FI/CO (ECP booking interface), SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI-iFlows), Swiss+ (payroll processing) and Jaycloud Structured recording, analysis and prioritization of requirements from the HR specialist department as well as independent implementation of small projects Active exchange and close cooperation with internal stakeholders from HR and the supported country companies for the recording, clarification and tracking of requirements and concerns Coordination and management of external service providers and suppliers Planning and coordination of acceptance tests (UAT) together with key users from the HR area IT-side sub-project management during SAP SuccessFactors releases, module extensions and migrations Your qualifications Degree in Business Informatics, Informatics (HF/FH), HR with high IT affinity or a comparable qualification Sound practical experience in the configuration and customizing of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in several modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Learning etc.) Experience in requirements analysis as well as in cooperation with HR specialist departments Knowledge of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) is an advantage Experience in the management of external partners and implementation service providers Strong communication, structured and independent personality with the ability to maintain an overview even with complex system dependencies Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Your benefits E-charging stations, Half-Fare travelcard, parking spaces as well as good public transport connections Financial participation in childcare costs Flexible working time models (annual working hours, part-time options) FlexWork: Work where and when you want (within Switzerland) Modern office spaces as well as staff restaurant and attractive break zones jpid62308dfjm jit0730jm jiy26jm
