What is your responsibility?
In this versatile position, you work at the interface of Product Management, Sales and Purchasing. You actively help shape our assortment, contribute market and customer needs, and support the continuous further development of our products.
Depending on experience, you will take on responsibility from the start or grow into the tasks step by step. In doing so, you will be accompanied by an experienced team and simultaneously receive space to contribute your own ideas.
You are co-responsible for the design and optimization of the assortment, so that we can offer our customers suitable and convincing solutions.
You analyze market and customer needs and contribute ideas for new products, adjustments or improvements.
You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Warehouse so that ideas are cleanly implemented in practice.
You are the contact person for specific customer inquiries, create offers and support consulting regarding our product range.
Depending on experience and the induction phase, you are also directly involved in customer consulting. Telephone customer contact helps you to get to know our customers, products and processes in a practical way.
You maintain contact with customers and suppliers and build sustainable relationships.
What you bring with you
A commercial education, a degree or a comparable foundation.
Initial professional experience is welcome, but not a requirement. More important are motivation, willingness to learn and the will to take on responsibility.
If you already bring experience, we welcome your knowledge – but it is equally important to us that you remain open, learn new things and question existing solutions.
You are curious, think ahead and want to understand how products, customer needs, sales and purchasing are interconnected.
You enjoy working in a team, are reliable and bring a healthy dose of initiative.
You communicate openly, clearly and respectfully.
You enjoy approaching people and enjoy contact with customers, suppliers and internal interfaces.
Interest in gardening topics, nursery supplies or technical products is a plus.
You have fluent German skills and good ösischkenntnisse. Alternatively, you bring solid basic knowledge in ösisch and are ready to expand these quickly (ideally before starting ;).
