Senior ICT Supporter Bern, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance and further development of specific customer applications as well as solve complex interface and data transfer problems Coordinate, monitor and control primary service delivery activities for Admindirectory, Firewall, Network as well as other external suppliers Locate, limit and resolve complex cross-system malfunctions (2nd/3rd level) in the area of applications and local infrastructure Continuously optimize and possibly automate internal support and operating processes; continuously update further operating manuals, instructions and checklists (especially for application operation) Implement and monitor configuration specifications within the application landscape as well as manage permissions and profiles What makes you unique Vocational training as Informatiker/-in EFZ, higher vocational education (HF/FH) as well as certifications in service management desired Sound knowledge in configuration and support of Linux/Windows application environments Several years of sound professional experience in IT support Communicative, curious, resilient as well as good organizational skills Active knowledge of a second official language as well as good English skills In a nutshell When others no longer know how to proceed, your job is just beginning.
