• Independent implementation of customer projects in metal construction from planning to completion
• Manufacturing and assembly of high-quality metal construction work
• Supervision and support of apprentices in everyday work
• Knowledge transfer and practical guidance of trainees

Requirements

• Completed training as Metallbauer*in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in metal construction
• Careful and reliable way of working with forward-looking thinking
• Ability to work in a team and ability to deal with different personalities
• Enjoyment in accompanying and promoting young people, even in challenging situations
