• IT - ERP & Applications • Bern • Permanent position • Full-time • ERP, ProAlpha Your tasks: • Responsibility for the operation and further development of the ERP system (proALPHA) as well as the BI landscape (Qlik Sense) • Analysis, configuration and optimization of business processes along the entire value chain • Coordination of application support (2nd/3rd level) as well as cooperation with external service providers • Participation in release changes, system upgrades and international rollouts • Support in digitalization and process optimization projects • Ensuring system stability, data quality and authorization management • Participation in the planning and implementation of the global business application roadmap • Participation in project and portfolio management in the area of business applications • Close cooperation with specialist departments to implement requirements in a structured manner   Your profile: • Completed training or studies in business informatics, computer science or business administration • Several years of experience in the area of ERP or business applications, ideally in an industrial environment • Sound knowledge of proALPHA ERP as well as BI platforms (e.g. Qlik Sense or comparable) • Experience in system operation, customizing, support and the analysis of business processes • Understanding of end-to-end processes in production, logistics, purchasing, quality and finance • Knowledge of project management (classical or agile) • Experience with release and upgrade projects is an advantage • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German and English skills • International willingness to travel of approx. 10-20 % • Experience in leading or coordinating an application team is an advantage.
