What you achieve
In our protected residential area for people with a demential development or in an open residential area/ in the inhouse Spitex, you will take on the following tasks:
You will learn the professional and individual care and support of the residents based on the conceptual foundation of the model of promoting process care
You can apply your newly acquired specialist knowledge to the versatile and complex practice in long-term care
You will work independently in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures while complying with the criteria of the nursing process and involving the affected residents and their contact persons
Co-shaping an optimal interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other involved persons
You will learn to take responsibility by taking on shift responsibility in the department as well as house responsibility in tandem with an experienced nursing professional
Exact recording of nursing and care services as well as the nursing and consumables used
What distinguishes you
Completed EFZ training, Matura or equivalent qualification
High degree of responsibility
Independent control of your own learning process
You are a team player, but can also deliver alone
Empathic and resilient personality with high commitment
Very good written and oral German skills
