Job Description

Context

As part of application development and evolution projects, our client is looking for a QA Test Lead capable of coordinating and executing all testing activities in order to guarantee the quality of the delivered solutions.

Main Missions

• Define and evolve the testing strategy.
• Design, maintain, and execute test plans and cases.
• Organize and coordinate functional, integration, validation, non-regression, and exploratory test campaigns.
• Ensure the monitoring, qualification, and prioritization of anomalies.
• Produce quality indicators and test reports.
• Collaborate closely with business, development, and project teams.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
• Contribute to test automation where relevant.

Qualifications

Profile sought

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and application testing.
• Mastery of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMAP, or equivalent).
• Experience in managing test campaigns and quality steering.
• Good knowledge of test management tools such as XRay or Octane.
• Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Appreciated Skills

• Experience in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of test automation (Selenium, UFT, or equivalent).
• Sensitivity to performance testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Expected Deliverables

• Testing strategy and plan.
• Test framework and datasets.
• Campaign reports and quality dashboards.
• Anomaly tracking and improvement recommendations.
• Quality assessment and continuous improvement plan.
