Interior Design/Architecture Planning ------------------------------------ We are looking for reinforcement for the planning of architecture and interior design projects in existing buildings. The office operates as a strategy and planning office across all SIA phases and specializes in Workplace & Education, Commercial & Mixed Use, Gastronomy & Hospitality, Banking & Finance as well as Retail & Brand Space. Tasks • Technical planning of interior design and architecture projects in existing buildings • Creation of design, permit, and execution plans as well as construction details • Participation in room concepts, floor plans, material, and color concepts • Support of the project management in cost estimation, scheduling, and project documentation • Coordination with specialist planners, structural engineering, building services, and internal design teams • Preparation of tender documents and participation in offer comparisons Requirements • Degree in interior design or architecture (FH/HF/University) or equivalent planning training • Professional experience in planning, ideally in existing buildings and interior fit-out • Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D + 3D), BIM an advantage • Knowledge of SIA phases as well as Swiss norms and standards • Creative Adobe and MS Office • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English an advantage • Precise, structured, and team-oriented way of working Offer • Workload 80-100% • Challenging projects in Retail, Workplace, Hospitality, Banking and Mixed Use • Interdisciplinary team, modern working environment, flexible working hours • Start by agreement Applications via email please with reference 9S2Y8Y in the subject.
