What you do

Overall project management site relocation

• Management of the overall site relocation project: taking overall responsibility for achieving the project goals according to the project definition
• Iterative review and updating of the project structures and control instruments (WBS, PQM, etc.)
• Reporting and preparation of decisions for project control
• Iterative overall cost determination and annual cycle financial planning
• Leadership of internal and external project and sub-project managers based on sub-project goals and accordingly forward-looking resource planning and procurement
• Meeting management according to the project manual
• Management of the project-related quality management (PQM)
• Management of the overall schedule
• Review and plausibility check of the consistency of the orders of the sub-projects
• Forward-looking management of project communication

Line management as Head of Real Estate Development

• Collaboration in the establishment of the core organization for Real Estate Development
• Management of the Real Estate Development division (internal and external project managers)
• Situational collaboration or ramp-up in further development projects

What distinguishes you

• min. 10-15 years of experience in client-side overall project management of large-scale construction projects > CHF 200 Mio.
• Experience with hospital, laboratory or industrial construction projects
• Extensive leadership experience
• Resilient personality (high sovereignty, goal orientation, tenacity, seniority)
• German or French speaking with good knowledge of the second language

not mandatory, but an advantage

• Experience in the construction implementation of large-scale building projects
• Business administration training at university level (Master)
• Technical training at university level (Master)
• Experience in the TG/GC environment
