Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) (m/w/d) 50–100 %
Marienhaus is one of the leading residential and nursing centers in the heart of Basel, which accompanies the 107 residents in their complexity. We enable the people living with us to have a high quality of life through professional care, innovative daily activities, and a versatile hotel offering. Our broad range of services also includes three protected nursing residential groups for people with dementia, "senior apartments" for independent, older people, and a public café - Marienhaus is well located in the Horburgquartier directly at the 14er tram stop "Brombacherstrasse".
Your tasks
Care and support of the residents according to the care plan
Support in basic and treatment care
Assumption of daily responsibility in the early and/or late shift
Observation and communication of relevant changes
Co-responsibility for seamless nursing documentation
Support in the daily routine and during everyday activities
Your profile
Must-have:
Completed training as FAGE EFZ
Joy in working with older people
Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
Good German skills
Nice-to-have:
Experience in long-term care Experience with electronic nursing documentation
Further training in a nursing specialty
Experience with inter RAI LTCF or coordinator/supervisor
