What awaits you with us In your role as Site Manager: you lead and organize the Basel location (3 employees) you ensure the selection process for our apprentices you are the contact person for apprentices, parents, vocational schools, IV offices, authorities, and external bodies you acquire practical assignments and maintain contact with internship companies you actively participate in cross-location committees and projects In your role as Vocational Trainer Application Development: you are responsible for your apprentices in our team of vocational trainers and social pedagogues you support your apprentices in the development of their professional and social skills to ensure a successful entry into professional life you implement practical software projects together with the apprentices What you should bring with you You have completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ Applikationsentwicklung as well as possibly a degree in higher vocational education in the IT field You have experience in leadership and in basic vocational training You are anchored in the Basel region and well-networked in our industry (IT, education, integration) You have experience in the development of web applications and bring know-how in the frontend (JavaScript, frameworks) as well as in the backend (e.g., C#, .NET, Express, Springboot) Experience as a Fullstack Developer: knowledge in web development (frontend & backend) as well as in dealing with relational and document-based database systems You are communicative, speak German, have organizational talent, and interact appreciatively with people with different ways of thinking What we offer you A meaningful and versatile activity High degree of autonomy and a lot of room for maneuver in managing your location and shaping the training A practical training environment with a focus on modern technologies, tools, and current development standards 40-hour week, paid breaks, flexible part-time models, fair social benefits, team events, free parking, and a lunchtime running group Dutler, member of the management board, will be very happy to answer your questions; write an e-mail (<>).
