To complement our HR team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an

HR Administrator (60-80%)

Here you will bubble with enthusiasm:

• Independent management of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit, incl. employment contracts, permits, social insurances, certificates, etc.)
• Active participation in monthly payroll processing with the payroll software SwissSalary
• Independent coordination and accompaniment of recruitments incl. applicant management
• Competent contact person for employees, managers, authorities, and social insurances
• Support with HR evaluations, statistics, and the optimization of existing HR processes

What you have in the assortment:

• Commercial basic training with further training in human resources
• Practical experience in HR administration and recruitment, preferably in an SME environment
• Open-minded, service-oriented, discreet, and communicative personality with joy in dealing with people
• Independent, structured, efficient, and careful way of working with high personal responsibility
• Digital affinity and stylish German, French language skills an advantage
