For our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team, we are looking for a qualified Order Management Clerk Switzerland (80-100%) Tasks ## • Primary contact person in daily business for our foodservice customers. • High level of personal responsibility for the processing of our customers' orders (coordination and monitoring of customer orders regarding deadlines, quality, and completeness). • Close cooperation with Sales, Planning, and Logistics. • Maintenance of customer master data in SAP R3 as well as various administrative tasks. • Support for other areas in Supply Chain Operations. • Willingness to provide professional guidance and support to commercial apprentices. Requirements ## • You have a completed commercial or equivalent training and have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of order management, customer service, or internal sales. • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and organizational talent. • Very good German skills as well as basic knowledge of French in spoken and written form are required. • Experience in handling SAP R3 and good MS Office skills. • You are proactive, efficient, reliable, resilient, and have good assertiveness. You also bring enjoyment in contacting external and internal customers. • You enjoy working in a team and appreciate proactive cooperation.
