IT Supporter (w/m/d) WHAT YOU DO * Installation and maintenance of IT workstation systems (e.g., PCs, laptops), peripheral devices, network components, and communication tools * Analysis and rectification of HW and SW problems -- via remote, by telephone, or directly on-site * Support of 3rd-level support and external partners in solving tricky cases, especially in the client and printer area * Participation in exciting projects involving clients, printers, and networks as well as independent implementation of smaller technical projects * Support of a wide range of client applications -- both remotely and on-site * In addition to the main tasks, you are involved in the training of our apprentices as a practical trainer WHAT YOU BRING * Completed vocational training as an Informatiker/in EFZ, ICT-Fachmann/-frau or corresponding professional experience * Experience with Windows domains (AD, DNS, DHCP, file and print server) * Sound knowledge of Windows 11, M365, as well as the network area * Knowledge in the field of printer systems * Experience in the training of IT apprentices is an advantage * High sense of quality and responsibility, reliability, flexibility, quick comprehension, and strong communication skills * Helpful team player with high customer and service orientation as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working * Business fluent German skills, good English skills for IT technical literature * Driver's license category B WHO WE ARE We at Bison do not want to become your new family.
