The Schlichtungsbehörde Emmental-Oberaargau offers the opportunity to complete practical judicial training in Burgdorf as valuable preparation for the bar exam (according to the Anwaltsprüfungsverordnung).

The following positions are being filled:
Start 1. May 2027 or by arrangement (80%)
Start 1. February 2028 (100%)

The internship generally lasts 6 months with an employment degree of 80% - 100%.

Your tasks

• Case-related legal clarifications within the framework of preparation for conciliation hearings
• Regular keeping of minutes within the framework of conciliation hearings and drafting agreement drafts
• Drafting and justifying decisions (decisions according to Art. 212 ZPO, free legal aid, etc.) and decision proposals (Art. 210 ZPO)
• Telephone and personal legal advice in tenancy and labor law

Your profile

• preferably a completed degree in law (MLaw) at the time of starting the position, at least however a degree as Bachelor of Law (BLaw)
• Stylish German in spoken and written form
• flexible and independent way of working
• quick comprehension
• willingness to perform and readiness to learn
• good knowledge of current Microsoft Office applications
• confidentiality and irreproachable reputation
