Since 2008, as a specialized personnel service provider, we have been bringing qualified specialists together with suitable companies in Northwest Switzerland. For one of our customers, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality who wants to contribute their technical know-how and leadership skills in a versatile production environment.

Team Leader Goods Receipt & Metal (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You assume technical and personnel responsibility for a small team and simultaneously actively help out in daily business.
• The organization of daily operations is in your hands. This includes deployment planning as well as the coordination of holidays and absences.
• In goods receipt, you ensure a smooth process and take care of the professional acceptance, assessment, and sorting of materials as well as storage and quality inspection.
• You support your employees in their professional development and ensure that the applicable specifications in the areas of quality, occupational safety, and environment are consistently implemented.
• As an important interface, you work closely with various internal departments such as purchasing, sales, production, and logistics.
• You continuously question existing workflows and contribute your own ideas for the improvement and further development of processes.

Your profile

• You have completed training in the technical, manual, or industrial sector and bring several years of professional experience.
• Experience from the metal, recycling, or disposal industry is an advantage.
• Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial leadership experience. Alternatively, you are ready to take the next career step and take responsibility for a team.
• You are well organized, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in a lively working environment.
• Clear communication, assertiveness, and a responsible appearance characterize you.
• You are confident in using the PC and possess a valid, SUVA-recognized forklift license.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as resilience and flexibility round off your profile.
