Team Leader Civil Engineering 80-100% Your tasks You will take over the leadership of our dedicated civil engineering team, promote the exchange of knowledge, and support the professional and personal development of your employees. You are the contact person for our clients. In doing so, you are responsible for project acquisition and maintain long-term customer relationships in civil and road construction. You plan, manage, and process demanding construction projects as well as maintenance measures in civil and road construction – from the study to commissioning, independently or together with your team. You actively drive the introduction of BIM in your team and within the GEOINFO Gruppe. You are interested in helping to shape topics such as infrastructure management or gravel extraction planning. You take responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality in your unit. Your profile You have a degree as a civil engineer (Bsc or MSc). You bring professional experience as a project manager in civil and/or road construction. You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented, even when several projects are running in parallel. You are communicative, approach people openly, and convince through your confident appearance. You like to take responsibility, act entrepreneurially, and actively contribute your own ideas.
