To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and responsible Head of Nursing (PDL) HF, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Professional management and organization of nursing operations
• Implementation of needs assessments (interRAI HC)
• Creation and control of nursing planning and nursing documentation
• Quality assurance and compliance with legal requirements
• Leadership and support of the nursing team
• Cooperation with family doctors, hospitals, relatives, and health insurance companies
• Participation in the further development of our Spitex

Your Profile

• Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• Recognized Swiss diploma (or SRK recognition)
• Experience in Spitex, ideally with a PDL function
• Knowledge of interRAI HC and nursing documentation
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
